Amro Albanna

Amro Albanna is a serial entrepreneur and public-company chief executive. His work spans three areas that rarely sit together: healthcare mergers and acquisitions, enterprise transformation through technology, and public capital markets execution.

In healthcare, he has completed multiple transactions in the United States and internationally, involving public and private companies, strategic assets, and both full and partial acquisitions. He has structured and negotiated these transactions using common equity, preferred equity, debt, cash, and hybrid consideration, working through complex capital structures and competing stakeholder interests to closing.

He has worked across software engineering, enterprise architecture, technology entrepreneurship, and education, including authoring and teaching software engineering courses focused on enterprise technology adoption. During the early internet transition, he founded an enterprise software company that helped organizations in insurance, finance, telecommunications, education, and healthcare move from content-based websites to transactional, internet-native platforms. Today, he brings that experience and perspective to the transition toward artificial intelligence and AI-native operating models.

He has founded and led both private and publicly traded companies, including Nasdaq‑listed companies, from vision and positioning through execution, capital formation, governance, and investor engagement. That experience spans a Nasdaq IPO, PIPEs, public offerings, and strategic financings, along with investor communications and complex business combinations.

For the past decade, his work has centered on healthcare, advancing innovations in areas including cancer and autoimmunity while navigating the financial, regulatory, and institutional complexities of bringing them forward.
